Now for the boring stuff: payment
You want an awesome trip, and we’re happy to help, but, to keep the lights on over here at New North, there is a Planning Service Fee associated with all itineraries. This one-time charge is for our service when you request a custom trip itinerary.
Here are the deets:
- Before we work on your custom itinerary, there’s one contract to sign. No blood oath, just the standard paperwork to cover our 🍑.
- New North requires a deposit (50% of the total fee) upfront before the itinerary is created. (Yes, we know this sucks, but planning takes a lot of work, and we’re doing that for you. We don’t want you to lift a finger.)
- Remainder of the Planning Service Fee is due after trip itinerary is approved.
- Invoices will be emailed to you to pay via credit card.
